2003 Albin 35 Command Bridge

Nice 2003 35 Command Bridge with very, very low hours. Single Cummins diesel with only 463 hrs. The 35 Command Bridge was one of Albin's most popular models. She has been designed to give a soft and stable ride in heavy sea conditions, coupled with very economical fuel consumption. A rugged individualized offshore vessel, the Albin 35 is built  without compromise. The lower profile of the  bridge improves the yacht's stability greatly. She has been refined over the years to offer the extremely practical layout at an affordable price. The forward cabin has a queen size berth with the center dinette that converts into a queen size berth. Her head is forward and offers a sink and stall shower. The galley includes two refrigerators, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, and ample cupboard and drawer storage. In addition she has a stove and oven (currently off the boat) She has AC/Heat and a generator. The large cockpit has deck lockers, and loads of storage.   Another benefit is a keel skeg, which protects the rudder and propeller . NEW bottom paint and zincs, Aug 2024. She has nice electronics, a full canvas package, swim platform and ladder and a small dinghy and outboard (not shown). The owner has had some health issues and is not able to use the boat.
